Thumbnail Check
Entries whose thumbnail image is missing or broken -- these are excluded from Discover until fixed. "Scan latest 100" checks only the most recently added entries (seconds, not minutes) -- good for a quick sanity check after new submissions. "Scan for broken thumbnails" checks the whole catalog and can take a few minutes. Anything already flagged always shows below regardless of which you run.

Vote Leaderboard
Voting is open to any catalog video from the Vote button on the site -- there's no round to manage here, just the live standings, for deciding what's worth featuring on Instagram. Currently free to vote; no payment is collected.
Retirement / Hall of Fame Dormant
TRL-style retirement: a video that camps in the top for cumulative days gets permanently retired from the leaderboard and enshrined below instead of sitting at #1 forever. Nothing runs automatically yet -- this only ever changes anything when you click the button below, on purpose, while this is still being tested. See VOTE_RETIREMENT_PLAN.md.
