Two minutes and two seconds of pure id. Blur made the most accidentally American song of their career and shot a video that looks like it cost nothing, producing one of the most recognizable two seconds in 90s music — the WOO-HOO heard round the world. At the 1997 VMAs it was nominated for Best Group Video and Best Alternative Video, winning neither.
