Faintin' Goats
The video is representative of the sonic and iconoclastic chaos of the dadaist-duo "Faintin' Goats," who, with a mix of punk, electronic, and industrial, draws on the imagery of "found footage" and visual-psychedelia to remix the meanings of content, stolen clips and old advertisings, re-semanticizing them. The work is imbued with noise, of course, and the video took great care to pay attention to the smallest details to best connect with the music. It's a creative work driven to some extent by instinct, as the director and editor is also the duo's singer and guitarist.
