Jack Ü's "Where Are Ü Now" is a collaborative art project built on a simple premise: using a global pop star as a human canvas. The process involved filming a raw performance from Justin Bieber, then printing thousands of individual frames from that footage. An art event was hosted where the public was invited to draw and paint directly onto these physical prints. Each frame was then scanned and sequenced, creating the video's signature flickering, stop-motion effect. It's an interesting approach to managing a celebrity's public image: deconstructing the pop star by letting others literally draw all over him. The final product is a testament to a time-consuming concept that blurs the line between fan art and high-budget production.
